Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.  If your question is not answered below, please feel free to contact us through the contact page on this site.


Order Status

When we receive an order the shopping cart program automatically places that order at "Awaiting Fulfillment" status.  When we send the order over for printing we move that status to "Awaiting Pickup" so we know which orders have been sent over to be printed.  Once the order comes in from printing, the order status will be updated to "Completed".  When we ship your order we will move the order to "Shipped" and you should receive an email with a tracking number.  If you have any questions please feel free to use the contact us via the contact form on this site.  We have to use the order status that are made available in the shopping cart software; there is not a status that says processing so we have to use the Awaiting Pickup option.


The order cycle looks like this on our shopping cart:


        Awaiting Fulfillment --> Awaiting Pickup --> Completed --> Shipped

Order Turnaround 


Your order will take between 7-14 business days for processing.  Shipping is additional to this turnaround.  Orders are shipped through USPS and out the main postal hub in Carrollton, Texas.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

However, during high volume times - Summer camp, Back to School & Christmas time processing might take an additional amount of time.  Once an order is placed and in for printing the order cannot be cancelled.  If you would like a rush order or time specific order, please contact us to see if it can be accommodated.

Shipping & Delivery

Order shipping is done via United States Postal Service (USPS).  We offer Priority Mail, Express Mail and International Priority Mail for tracking purposes.  Typically it takes 3-5 days for Priority Mail (after printing), it takes approximately 1-2 days for Express Mail shipping.  International delivery is available to most countries.  If you have a question about delivery to your area please contact us.

Returns & Replacements

All the products sold on this site are custom; because they are printed only after an order has been placed returns are not accepted.  If a mistake is
ours we will promptly fix it with either a replacement or a refund (customers choice).  HOWEVER, if the mistake is made at the time of order, then a new order will have to be made.

If you are unhappy with the performance of the labels (and have not exposed the labels to chlorine bleach) please contact us within 10 days of your receipt of labels.

Off-Line Orders


We accept orders via fax or email.  The fax number is 1-800-883-1538; please include the style, customization and quantity of your order along with a phone or email for contact.  Your order will not be finalized until after payment is received.

Your Privacy 


We collect your information to process your order, keep you updated on the order placed and inform you of any future promotions with newsletters (which you may choose to unsubscribe to at any point).

Order Cancellation

Since this is a custom product produced only after orders have been placed, we do not offer order cancellation after we send the order to printing.  Typically orders are sent to the printer within the first two business days the order was placed.  If you want to cancel an order, please check the status of your order - if it is in pending status - we have already sent the order for printing.
